All rugged portable computers purchased from Toughbooks 4 Less receive FREE Lifetime Technical Support by phone. Whether your rugged device is still under warranty or not, our technicians are here to assist you Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
Issues that cannot be resolved over the phone on out of warranty products may be required to be shipped to our service depot. Further diagnostics are subject to a $100 diagnostic fee to be applied to the repairs unless the repairs are declined.
Upon receiving your request for service, our technical staff will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with specific handling instructions.
Please put the RMA number on the top of your package (we recommend shipping insurance). Toughbooks4less will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping. Unless you previously purchased upgraded service options, you are responsible for all the shipping costs.
Please ensure that you backup any critical data and applications in the event the technician needs to either reformat, re-image, or replace the hard drive.
Toughbooks 4 less will not be responsible for lost or damaged data during repair.
Toughbooks 4 Less offers only ground return shipping service to the regions with ground service available under purchased upgraded warranty options.
International freight charges, duties and tariffs to and from the United States are paid by the customer for the warrantied or out of warranty items.
